2023 was a year of writing: I worked on projects in film and TV and began writing a new play — the latter my focus at MacDowell this December. Also this year, I enjoyed conversations with East Forest, Raanan Hershberg, and Scare U on topics ranging from non-physicalist theories of consciousness to how the horror genre introduced me to dramatic storytelling. Now that we are past the long WGA strike, I look forward to the continued development of my projects in 2024, with the hope that at least one begins to come to fruition…
